David González

Associate Attorney

Prior to joining Weakley & Arendt, David worked in the insurance industry handling claims, conducting coverage investigations, advising on policy interpretation for Mercury General, Farmers Insurance Exchange, and a wide spectrum of London market insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries regarding different insurance coverages, including personal and commercial lines, loss of use coverage, other structures coverage, homeowner’s insurance, dwelling property, and equipment breakdown insurance.

David can provide effective legal strategies and assistance on best practices to:

  • Reduce risk

  • Avoid litigation

  • Prevent or mitigate employment claims based on state and federal laws and regulations

  • Maintain a productive and engaged workforce

These skills are essential, because the ever-changing workplace laws and regulations makes the field increasingly complex and more difficult to navigate—especially in a Covid-19 world.
