Jim Weakley’s career focus has been defending public entities and their employees. Jim handles complex high profile cases involving various aspects of public entity liability. His clients have included elected and other public figures, including judges, district attorneys, sheriffs, chiefs of police, and heads of public agency departments.

 

Jim has served as an arbitrator, mediator and judge pro tem for the Fresno County Superior Court. In addition, he is frequently asked to speak on topics related to his practice of law.
