Leslie Dillahunty’s experience includes defending various entities and individuals in litigation. She has tried cases in state and federal court representing cities, counties, and religious entities, as well as their employees.  She has successfully handled appeals in both the Ninth Circuit and Fifth District Courts of Appeal and has served as judge pro tem for the Fresno County Juvenile Delinquency Court.

 

Leslie has written course materials and presented seminars on the topic of “Litigation Case Management for the California Paralegal” for the Institute for Paralegal Education.
